National Online Safety - Screen Addiction
Are you aware of the amount of screen time your child spends per week?
Too much screen time can cause physical, social and mental problems.
Below is a National Online Safety (NOS) poster that is designed to help you review your child's screen habits (and possibly your own, too).
We suggest that you do this together, discuss what makes and keeps screen time healthy and agree any actions for improvement where necessary.
